Job Description

Role: Country Manager

Location: Los Angeles

Salary: Upto $k Dep on Exp


Client

Our well-established client is a global advanced data analytics service provider, with sites in US and Asia. They have a massive global client base with well-known clients in their industry.


As part of their growth in the US they require a Country Manager who is an experienced lead responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan and developing the local market. The role requires identifying business opportunities in a highly competitive market,

establishing strong relationships with clients, driving business growth and development in the US market.


Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in the US market, ensuring the company's goals and business growth plans are achieved.

- Initiate a start-up and ensure the team's efficient operation, and maintain close collaboration with headquarters.

- Responsible for brand promotion and awareness in the US market, enhancing the company's reputation and influence in the market.



Requirements

The ideal candidate for the position requires a Bachelor's degree, an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred. Strong strategic planning and execution abilities are a must. The candidate must be able to develop and drive the company's strategic plan. Excellent sales and marketing skills are necessary to identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships. Overall, the ideal candidate should possess a combination of business acumen and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and development in a competitive market.


You will have at least 8 years of relevant work experience, including successful management and business development experience. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills are essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. In-depth understanding and knowledge of data analytics and gaming industries is crucial, along with keen insights into industry trends and dynamics. Resources related to the gaming industry are preferred.
