Job Title: Country Sales Manager (East Coast, US)
Job Summary:
My clients are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Manager to join our team. As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading their sales efforts in the East Coast region of the United States. Your primary focus will be selling their treatment to clinicians and hospitals. They are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in medical sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to educate customers about the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the East Coast region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns targeted at clinicians and hospitals.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements and market trends to support the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including physicians, clinicians, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Identify, prioritize, and target clinicians and hospitals as key customers for our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, specifically selling to clinicians and hospitals.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, including an understanding of industry trends, challenges, and key players.
- Ability to travel within the East Coast region as required.
Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
