THE POSITION:

We are currently looking for a Campus Recruitment & Events Coordinator to join our team. The Campus Recruitment & Events Coordinator will play a key administrative role in supporting both Campus Recruiting activities and general office hiring events across our US teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a proactive problem solver, detail oriented, and who is passionate about delivering first class experiences for both our candidates and internal teams.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
  • Provide support for the 10-week Summer Internship Programming including onboarding, leadership conversations, social activities, trainings, and performance reviews
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, review candidate video interview submissions, administer assessments, and manage candidate profiles and data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Post internship and entry level job opportunities to FanDuel Careers site and external job boards
  • Assist the broader HR and Talent teams with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics and adequately tracking the recruitment process for each event or program
  • Assist with on-campus, office onsite, and virtual recruitment efforts, programming, and events, including venue bookings, catering orders, vendor payments, procurement requests, shipping and tracking, and volunteer management
  • Ensure all candidates experience a best-in-class recruitment process through clear and timely written, verbal, and digital communications
  • Coordinate and schedule kick-off meetings, candidate interviews, and debriefs
  • Organize and attend recruitment related events and/or sponsorship opportunities
  • Own the pre-employment onboarding for all incoming interns and early career talent including references, contracts, background checks, visa and relocation assistance (if/as needed)
  • Fully support the Campus Recruiting Team and intern candidates through the entire recruitment life cycle for internship and entry level roles; from application and interviews, to onboarding and orientation

  • Great communicator who can work with both candidates and internal stakeholders to move the process along quickly and efficiently, and can pivot when needed

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and maintaining shared documents
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel when required during peak seasons
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and power through ambiguity
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and an extraordinary attention to detail, especially ensuring the security of confidential information
  • 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, coordinating, event planning or related experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25.00 to $34.38 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
