Managed Service Provider (MSP) in NYC, delivering top-notch technology solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Administration who is well-versed in the managed services industry to lead our team. Position Overview: This key leadership role requires a blend of financial acumen, sales operations insight, HR expertise, business operations strategy, and telecom tax oversight, all within the context of the MSP landscape. The Director will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in alignment with our vision and growth. Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, profitability analysis specific to the MSP sector. Manage telecom tax oversight, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations. Implement and monitor KPIs like EBITDA, Managed Services Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). Sales Operations: Align sales strategies with MSP industry trends and organizational goals. Implement KPIs including Monthly Recurring Revenue growth, churn rate, lead-to-conversion rate. Analyze sales data using MSP-specific metrics, optimizing service bundles, pricing, etc. Human Resources: Develop HR strategies that suit the tech and MSP industry, such as specialized training programs, certifications, and development paths. Implement KPIs for talent acquisition and retention in roles specific to managed services like NOC, SOC, cloud specialists, etc. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day MSP operations including service delivery, customer support, SLA compliance, and vendor management. Implement industry-specific KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores within the managed services context. Collaborate with technical teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality. Technology Proficiency: Expertise in MSP-specific tools like QuickBooks (QB) and ConnectWise for tracking service tickets, billing, inventory, etc. Lead integration of tools and platforms that support managed services delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7-10 years of experience in the managed services industry with a focus on finance, sales, HR, and operations. Proven track record in an MSP with revenues of $15 million or more. Exceptional knowledge of QB, ConnectWise, and telecom tax regulations. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of MSP market dynamics.
