Role:

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Corporate Services Manager to oversee facilities and corporate services in a leading global investment firm.

The Corporate Services and Facilities team is responsible for delivering a world-class workplace with outstanding corporate services.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with global head of Real Estate Strategy, Travel Services, and Event Management to ensure compliance with policies.
• Responsible for vendor management program and oversight for all Corporate Services & Real Estate Americas vendors.
• Oversee the development of thorough plans for the opening, expansion, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing offices.
• Responsible for oversight of Executive Assistants/Administrators, coverage model, performance reviews, compensation, and training.
• Manage and integrate our internal operational activities regionally and functionally.
• Responsible for budget, reporting and analytics.
• Ensure a forward-looking support model with appropriate service standards.

Experience needed/qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Facilities and Corporate Services
• Experience in the financial or professional services industry is preferred.
