Institutional Clients Group Coo Office - Avp

The incumbent will support the ICG COO team in execution of various initiatives and program management of strategic programs. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Requires analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Communication and diplomacy skills are required. The incumbent will report directly to the ICG COO Office Director and work closely with ICG COO Leadership team and senior management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership and stakeholders with executing projects and providing metrics.

• Project management support of business risk and control oversight and other large global strategic initiatives
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Data collection and evaluation; review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
• Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis stretch assignments as needed
• Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks.

Candidate Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor´s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, preferred

Business and Technical Requirements

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
• Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation decks
• Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently, attention to details, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced / dynamic environment.
