We’re looking for a focused and energetic program manager to join our payments team as a contracting lead. By joining, you will play a critical role in running and overseeing the contract lifecycle within our payments organization. You will be intimately involved in leading the strategic contract process at every stage of the agreement flow to ensure well-defined outcomes. The role entails working to develop detailed end-to-end plans, lead execution and communicate progress/issues. You will work on complex contracts across the global payments initiative. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various partners, including legal, finance, business development, and project teams, to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and follow legal and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively, at all levels, including executive updates, program documentation and tracking.
• Ability to research, evaluate, interpret, and communicate requirements to set priorities and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management framework, including processes, policies, and tools, to streamline contract creation, execution, and renewal.
• Have legal knowledge of contracts to help push through key items through the finish line.
• Work with internal policy owners to review and interpret relevant contractual terms and facilitate related compliance.
• Run the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, including contract administration, compliance monitoring, change management, and dispute resolution.
• Track and report on contract performance, key achievements, deliverables, and financial aspects, providing regular updates to management and relevant partners.
• Drive contract execution for the broader payments team.

Requirements

• 5 years+ of proven track record as a Program Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent priority setting, planning, and organizing skills.
• Strong, proven technical project/program management skills, including project definition, identifying required resources, monitoring deliverables, partner management, progress reporting and tracking.
• Diligent – you have an established sense of urgency and follow through.
• Expert in running sophisticated and cross-functional contracts, getting results and delivering on achievements and deliverables.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, deliver high levels of performance and service excellence.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.

$126,800 - $187,550

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
