Controller, Interim Jobs

RoseRyan is seeking a talented and dedicated Controller to join our team. As a Controller, your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of financial policies. This role will also require the implementation of accounting systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the relationship with external auditors. You will work closely with senior management to provide actionable insights on financial performance to enhance decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to create and manage budgets and forecasts
• Maintain and improve financial policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain systems for internal control and financial reporting
• Provide support for external auditors
• Manage the accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 3 years in a management role
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

PAY: $70 - $90/hr Consulting
