Our healthcare private equity firm is seeking an experienced and talented CFO to lead the financial management of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and P&L management for large organizations. This individual will also have strong leadership skills to manage the finance and accounting team.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial operations of the healthcare private equity firm, including strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Oversee financial due diligence for potential acquisition targets and manage the integration of newly acquired companies into the firm's portfolio.

Provide financial leadership for the firm's IPO process and manage ongoing public company reporting requirements.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.

Work closely with the investment team to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities.

Develop and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.

Provide mentorship and leadership to the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a blue-chip school is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including experience in healthcare private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs.

Experience in managing a $1B+ P&L is required.

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership and management skills to manage the finance and accounting team.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
