Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Resource CEO to join our team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of executive-level experience in behavioral health operations. The role requires the ability to travel up to 100% as the job is on-site at various locations as needed. However, the candidate will have the flexibility to work from home when not in a hospital location.

Responsibilities

As the Permanent Resource CEO, you will be responsible for leading the organization's overall strategy and operations. You will oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring that all financial goals are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and employees. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage the financial performance of the company
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
• 3+ years of executive-level experience in behavioral health operations
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work from home when not in a hospital location
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 100%
