This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.


Your Responsibilities


As Continuous Improvement Project Manager for John Deere Power Systems located at Waterloo, IA, you will be a critical contributor to improving our product quality AND our customer experience. You will lead a team responsible for coordinating product update projects and driving critical issue resolution. In addition, you will:


  • Manage supporting reports, metrics and presentations.
  • Be responsible for vehicle partner communication and alignment on CI projects.
  • Drive adherence to and accountability in problem resolution process.
  • Develop processes and tools to better equip team to deliver product. improvements and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to track problem resolution, identify opportunities to accelerate resolution, and remove roadblocks.
  • Provide guidance and work direction to fellow project managers.
