What You Will Be Doing
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring the job is completed on budget and on time. You will ensure proper quality control is maintained and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
What You Need for this Position
To be successful in this role, you must have more than 5 years of experience in multifamily and commercial construction management. Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, safety protocols, and quality control is essential. You must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
