Compensation And Benefits Analyst

Compensation: $65-90K
Location: Dallas, Texas
Position: Compensation Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compensation Analyst to join their team! This position requires 1-3 years of compensation experience. This person will be responsible for supporting the HR team with compensation, HR projects and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in salary evaluations, studies & audits of compensation procedures
• Assist with short term investments, long term investments - includes system administration, communication with leadership and analysis of compensation
• Manage the budget for the HR team
• Support open enrollment processes
• Manage verification of dependent processes and EOI for life insurance
• Manage PeopleSoft and annual headcount planning/budget
• Develop recommendations for changes in compensation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3+ years experience in HR related role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
