• Responsible for providing programming and analytical expertise to build and enhance solutions supporting Executive Compensation programs. This job will also lead data analysis and award calculation projects

What You'll Do

• Works with large datasets of wage and HR history and develops logic for determining award eligibility
• Looks for new ways to leverage and implement technology to improve processes
• Conceives and develops solutions to calculate incentive monetary awards
• Collaborates with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and regional carriers to obtain data, and transforms data for analysis/calculation
• Builds analytical models to support compensation analyses and drive insights
• Builds data visualizations to support analytical projects

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)
• 5 years of work experience with data extraction, manipulation and analysis from relational databases
• 5 years of work experience in an analytical business field such as: Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• 5 years of experience using SQL and one or more scripting languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Alteryx Designer
• Experience programming in TSQL and Python
• Continuous Improvement experience
• Project Management experience
• HR or Payroll data
• Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps or other automated workflow solutions
• Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science or a related field
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript a plus
• Code editors (Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio)
• Experience with
