As a Benefits Specialist on the US benefits team, you will provide support to help us deliver best in class benefits to our HPE team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist program manager with 401(k) administration including funding, service request response, reviewing and resolving reporting errors
  • Benefits purchase order generation and processing
  • Support benefit annual enrollment activities as needed
  • Oversight of ERISA Appeals process including review of claims, research, recordkeeping, approval, and denial correspondence, & coordination with HPE legal and management review for sign off on recommendation.
  • Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy

Education and Experience Required:

  • Experience in employee benefits or retirement plan administration is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and associated regulations and IRS tax rules
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to effectively manage multiple tasks and deliver within the deadlines

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $64,600.00 - $148,500.00
