What we need
The Compensation Consultant assists in market analysis and job evaluations, creation and revision of job profiles, FLSA classifications, the development of salary and market data, conducts research, reviews statistical analysis, prepares reports, participates in and assists with compensation related projects (e.g. annual salary adjustment process, participate in compensation surveys.) This role reports to the Senior Director, Compensation with a dotted line to the Senior Compensation Consultant.
Your Day to Day
Working independently with general supervision, assists with the daily administration and maintenance of compensation programs and systems to include but not limited to conducting job evaluations, market analysis, salary surveys and performs simple to moderately complex job analysis. Conducts job evaluations to include determining appropriate FLSA classification, conducts research and market analysis to ensure compensation effectiveness. Provides moderately complex analysis that reflect job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements and makes recommendations on associated results. Researches, collects and prepares data for annual salary survey reporting. With guidance, provides moderate to complex reports and analysis on compensation requests to include preliminary research, data analysis, develops basic queries, runs ad hoc reports and performs reconciliations using data from the Human Capital system on an as needed basis. Conducts data audits and support data integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity in HRIS and Compensation systems. Completes assigned areas of special projects for compensation and participates in ad hoc projects and analyses as needed.

We’re Looking for:
Collaborative team player who has the ability to effectively interact with multiple working styles as well as work across all levels.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be proficient with large data sets and Microsoft Excel.
Experience processing, administering and examining employee data, records and/or working with Human Resources business systems in an HR environment preferred.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources, Accounting or other Business-related field desired.
3 to 5 years of compensation design and analysis, or related experience.

Salary Range: $79,920.00 - $97,680.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
