Hr Implementation Specialist Jobs

The Kronos WFR Implementation Specialist will be responsible for working with clients in discovery phase, and creating a HCM solution that satisfies the clients needs. Through gathering data, designing, building and testing, the Implementation Specialist will be active in every step to ensure the client is satisfied and ready to go live and process their first payroll. Duties will include leading system projects and initiatives, and coordination within the HR module of Workforce Ready providing cross-functionally to assure that technology related needs have been adequately addressed. Providing data analysis and building reports in Kronos WFR are critical in the role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties as requested.
• Participate in all testing and troubleshoot any issues
• Create project management schedule and notify team members of key deadlines
• Serve as subject matter expert in the HR module and how it works with other modules in WFR
• Lead discovery calls and act as trusted advisor to the client
• Serve as an escalation point for all system related issues, processes and procedures.
• Maintain communication with client and ensure they are updated on all steps during the implementation project

Skills/Requirements

• Experience in service bureau environment, specifically in Implementation
• The ability to pivot and re-prioritize based on client and business needs
• Superior communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently
• Certified or highly skilled in UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HR module
• Strong client-facing customer service skills
