Senior Clinical Implementation Consultant Jobs

Education, Certifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Provide clinical education and tools for safe and effective use of Nipro products.

Plan and effectively implement training sessions for multiple experience levels appropriate for nurses and patient care technicians.

Partner with Regional Clinical Specialists and National Clinical Specialists to provide educational programs and training to customers.

Assist with various projects as assigned by direct manager.

Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred; in lieu of degree, extensive, relevant technical, clinical, or related industry experience may be considered.

Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on-site and remote analysis and customer interviews

Knowledge and experience in working with clinical data

Communicates and presents effectively; ability to communicate with customer's C-level and with internal Management

Work with the technical implementation team in translating workflow requirements to actionable technical configuration tasks

Deliver training to healthcare staff, ensuring proficient use and maximized effectiveness of our remote monitoring solutions.

Coordinate patient care in conjunction with care teams and remote healthcare providers.

Manage and assess patient needs, developing and coordinating care plans accordingly.

Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare teams to support the success of our remote monitoring solutions

Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with SNFs.

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

Proven experience in effectively corresponding and communicating with providers through phone calls, meetings, and emails, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to efficiently work within and navigate diverse systems and exceptional documentation skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and streamlined processes.

Capability to excel autonomously, demonstrate sharp critical thinking, draft well-founded conclusions, meet tight deadlines, and proficiently manage a dynamic workload.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Bachelor of Science degree preferred but will consider Associate Degree with additional credentials or work experience in related fields.

5+ years experience in SaaS tools either as an administrator or implementor

Strong technical knowledge and fundamental understanding of API’s

Experience in procurement processes and tools

5 years plus experience in project management, innovation, or product development function.

Proven experience managing large, complex B-to-B and/or B-to-C projects; management of multi-disciplinary teams in a corporate environment.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above on a year-for-year basis.

Creating business requirements, vendor assessments, specifications, prototype de-sign requirements, and quality assurance measures to advance concepts through the innovation process.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus

8+ years experience in a consulting role implementing software solutions for customers in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and/or regulated environments

Experience in mentoring and training junior team members

Experience in services delivery management and/or systems implementation

Experience delivering or developing workshop material, training, gap analyses, or requirements gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders.

Knowledgeable on life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.

SaaS/Cloud experience including knowledge of systems validation

Serve as the primary customer liaison managing communication, risks, and project reporting between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders

Mentor project team and consultants in the R&D Services organization and provide leadership for project teams.

Conducts outbound calls and schedules targeted building evaluations, understand provider network needs and building capabilities to implement ISNP programs.

Must have nursing home experience, preferred ISNP background, experience.

Implementation planning, and execution skills.

Effective communication skills- written and verbal.

Actively participates and collaborates with National Implementation team on overall implementation planning timelines, activities and tracks updates into database.

Develops clinical launch implementation plan and handoff with market DQCO.

Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on clinical experience, as well as current clinical certification (BSN, RN, MD, etc.)

Subject-matter expertise in population health management within IDN, Hospitals, Health Systems, environments.

Strong written communication and presentation skills and experience presenting to audiences of all sizes.

Facilitate system build by sourcing clinical and business requirements from customers, documenting decisions, executing configuration build, and facilitating unit testing.

Works with internal technical teams to communicate functional business requirements for data, reporting, and development resources.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in enterprise software.
