As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement clinical programs to maximize client outcomes.
Competitive Pay Structures earn up to $10,000 in bonuses. Range varies based on experience and job performance.

Salary Range: $87,000 – 96,000

Your Role as a BCBA at CSB Therapy:
As a BCBA, you will serve as a vital part of the center leadership:
- Teach adaptive life skills
- Support clients and families to ensure client success
- Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
- Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
- Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
- Support the development of individuals working towards their BCBA credentials
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
Qualifications:
- Preferred:Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
- Preferred:3-5 years of BCBA experience
- Required:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis as per BACB guidelines
- Required:Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
- Desired Traits:Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
- Preferred:Previous experience as a Clinical Director for 1+ year
- Required:Master's or Doctorate Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Required:Ability to manage/oversee the growth of the clinic
In this role (Clinical Director) you will:
· As a Clinical Director, it is your primary priority to develop and advance your staff's progress as your number one priority, as this will ultimately maximize the progress of your clients.
- Meet required billable hours per week
- You will be responsible for ensuring each of your clinical staff is receiving oversight from their supervisors or yourself to help progress their clinical development.
- Responsible for meeting with the parent to gather information to guide the assessment.
- As the director, you will be responsible for either opening and closing your clinic every morning and evening or appointing a trustworthy individual to open or close for you in the event that your 40 hours are completed outside of open and close.
- Responsible for all in-person/working interview that will be conducted for hiring both RBTs and BCBAs alike.
· Responsible for reviewing and ensuring quality of all BIPs prior to submission.
- Responsible for communicating and monitoring timelines for completion and submission.
- Support all compliance and financial regulations, including HIPAA, BACB and ABA Best Practices
- Troubleshoot clinical programs and activities
- Create individualized programming for clients
- Assist with case management duties related to direct therapy cases; may include but is not limited to updating BCBA on programming concerns from session, having an active role in behavior reduction programming and relaying programming changes to the therapy team if requested by the case managing BCBA
- Provide training, supervision and oversight to RBTs; model/demonstrate program implementation, discuss client programming and strategies, observe staff implementation of programming and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain all data systems and documentation in accordance with BACB and company standards and requirements; ensure proper protocols and policies relative to documentation and data collection are followed
- Responsible for communicating and monitoring timelines authorizations and BIP completion and submission.
- You will be required to set up systems of training which are functional for your clinic
- Graph and visually analyze data
- Provide Parent Training and other assistance as needed to families
- Work in a team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for clients
