Responsibilities:

• Run QA and Records Review Committee with Senior Clinical Staff
• Employee recruitment, selection, and expansion for all 3 programs
• Provide clinical/administrative oversight of the Clinical Division
• Maintain & update policies/procedures as needed
• Conduct regular staff meetings, provide ongoing training and evaluate staff performance’
• Ensure all clinical services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations and standards of practice
• Provide program development and marketing to new resources; maintain good relationships with current referral sources

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of clinical and behavioral interventions
• LMHC, LICSW, PsyD
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, staff, and other stakeholders
• At least 5 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
• Knowledge of DPH/Insurance regulations
• Strong leadership , interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with electronic health records
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
