Manage hiring, supervision, evaluation, scheduling, promotion, and corrective action of paid personnel

Develop, plan and implement strategies to manage program growth and ensure sustainability of the program

5 Years of Related Professional Experience

Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence based practices

· Knowledge of DC social services resources and compliance requirements.

· Facilitate treatment meetings and client case consultations in collaboration with the program managers.

· Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality up to date clinical records in HMIS and HTH

· Provide and make recommendations for improvement in providing clinical services.

· Design and implement initial and annual clinical training for staff.

· Maintain regular communication with Program Directors on issues involving the community, program, clients, and other stakeholders.

Basic/Intermediate knowledge of business and management principles involved resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources

May make recommendations to upper management for changes in operations to improve efficiency and quality of agency operations and services.

May identify outstanding performance characteristics through employee discussions and personal observations to encourage/acknowledge positive behavior.

Analyzes outcome data, using pre and post tests, to assess changes in clients' level of understanding and problem solving skills.

Determines schedules for individuals, families, and/or other caregivers based on the individual's plan of care and policy requirements.

Advanced knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of behavioral disorders and/or dysfunctions

Carries out managerial and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws

Possesses working knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic assessment and related treatment interventions

Knowledge of evidence based treatments and ability to individualize treatment approaches to meet each client's needs

Oversees all aspects of the program to ensure quality and initiates any quality improvement that may be necessary

Provides adequate and ongoing training of facility employees and sufficient oversight/supervision

Oversees primary therapist charting and compliance with both JCAHO and DCF timelines

Ensures patient care is performed according to agency policy and regulatory/state requirements.

Submits data quarterly results to Compliance and Quality Manager.

The Clinical Director (CD) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.

Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.

Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses.

Assists CEO in hiring, evaluating, and terminating clinical personnel.

Required:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis as per BACB guidelines

Required:Ability to manage/oversee the growth of the clinic

Preferred:3-5 years of BCBA experience

Preferred:Experience working with center-based, early intervention children

Meets all educational and certification requirements.

Approved current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to first day of employment.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Women's health and pelvic floor skill set preferred.

Support staff in the management of complex cases and provide clinical consultation as needed.

Represent the clinic at conferences, seminars, and other professional events to promote the organization and share knowledge.

Preferably some experience in the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD.

Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and program development.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for PTSD and familiarity with trauma-informed care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

Desired: experience with information technology integration and performance management
