Minimum Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Willing to travel to multiple locations
• Ability to supervise and lead a clinical team, ensure clinical excellence, and develop and maintain strong relationships with therapists, families, and stakeholders
• Overseeing operational priorities, supervising administrative team members, analyzing key performance indicators, and assisting with building processes and systems.
• Foster a culture that is: positive and valuing of our team members, engaged and connected, collaborative with opportunities to contribute at all levels, clear about expectations for striving for excellence in all areas and attentive to opportunities to provide Team Member autonomy as appropriate.
• Experience working and managing operations and administration as well as business analysis in either healthcare or human resources fields
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• BCBA Certification
