Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required. Master's degree preferred

Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing

Managing teams in person and remotely

Current license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.

Relationship management and client retention for over 1,600 clients that delegate their clinical PA responsibilities to CVS Caremark Clinical Operations team.

Provide oversight, governance, and management of all clinical operational outcomes of the Prior Authorization and Formulary Exceptions programs.

Managing 1,800+ clinical internal/contingent workforce colleagues comprised of technicians, clinicians and pharmacists primarily operating in a Work from Home (WFH) environment.

Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations – federal and state, accreditation standards – URAC and NCQA, client requirements, and performance guarantees.

Central Nervous System (CNS) clinical trial experience.

The Clinical Director (CD) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.

Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.

Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses.
