We are looking for an Clinical Business Analyst

Requirements:
- Responsible for developing and driving strategic technical integration roadmap, including elimination of redundancy of applications, reducing technical risks/debt, and building the technical foundation for years to come
- Architect and re-architect applications
- Architect and Design flexible integration solutions to integrate disparate data source using real time, near real time and batch data integrations using APIs and ETL/ELT platforms with experience on platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi
- Coordinating directly with business users and analysts to best understand and analyze business specifications and processes
- Leading integration strategy and accountability for highly complex multi-site client programs
- Supporting Training and Testing teams by triaging testing and go-live issues for speedy resolution
- Analyzing requirements and communicating to stakeholders and project leads as new requirements emerge or are identified
- Functioning as the single point of contact for cross-organizational escalations to drive internal and client organizational initiatives
- Establishing integration performance metrics and recommending impact strategies
- Creating environment strategy (Build/Test/Production/etc. domains) and addressing cross-solution dependencies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Ability to work at the Enterprise level, working and coordinating efforts across numerous resources, sub-contractors and stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience with 4+ years of Clinical Operations (CTMS, eTMF), Clinical Data Management, Statistics, Analytics implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
- Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices
- Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture
- Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact enterprise-wide development / architecture standards
- Develop EA standards, data architecture standards, EA governance frameworks, and system integration standards for the ecosystem
- Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code
- Identify stack to include commercial, cloud native or open-source integration platforms
- Communicate project status to various levels of management
- Oversee the technology and standards for integration platforms and services
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery, and regression test of commercial software
- Extensive knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including ETL, EAI, MFT, Web services, API, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software
- Strong communication skills which are evident not only orally, but as a keen listener and effective writer/documenter
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and time effectively
- Ability to consistently deliver on commitments and meet deadlines
- Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management both waterfall and agile
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
- Capable of simultaneously managing workloads for projects and problem resolution for support items in a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing technologies in an ever-evolving business environment
- Ability to consistently deliver on commitments and meet deadlines
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of architecture and application integration job experience in an Information Technology organization
- Additional Skills/Requirements required:
- Good understanding of modern ETL tools, database technologies, and practical adoption/implementation techniques.
- Experience in migrating applications into Azure cloud especially with integration offerings.
- A diverse technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and technical issues involved with Data Warehouses, Information Management, and Data Integration.
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to see a tasks to completion.
- Experience in integration strategy including roadmap, architecture, governance model, and center of excellence.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred or recognized qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, equivalent experience acceptable
- Ability to quickly provide and communicate impacts and remediation options for projects.
- Most recent experience building enterprise level API Management using tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or open source integrating with a Big Data platform as a hub.
- Able to provide digital strategy roadmap whose integral part will include the 3 levels of API (experience, process, and system).
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to build multi-channel/multi-tier architecture providing differentiated end-user experiences by leveraging mobile platforms such as smart phones and other personal computing devices.
- Self-motivated/independent/resourceful.
