Job Description
Position Purpose
To handle all processes associated with the receipt, sorting, batching, scanning and entry of medical claims in a timely and accurate manner
Essential Position Functions
  • Sort, batch and scan claims for all product lines.
  • Monitor incoming faxes to distribute or batch/upload for entry.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Data enter medical claim forms, EOBs and drop to paper claims.
  • Scan and send claims for third party entry.
  • Update the data entry backlog report daily.
Minimum Requirements of the Position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient 10 Key skills.
  • High school graduate of equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
