Providence Health Plan is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst: Claims / Authorizations who will:


  • Be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating data analysis projects
  • Provide analytical support for accreditation and external regulatory agency audit activities, operational healthcare metrics
  • Maintain relational database solutions


We welcome 100% remote work for residents of the States of Oregon and Washington.


Required Qualifications For This Position Include


  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field of study and 5+ years of experience in data analysis (Field of Study Examples: Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering / Physics, Accounting or Computer Science) -OR- a minimum of a HS Diploma or GED Equivalency and 7+ years of experience in data analysis


Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include


  • Healthcare organization/health insurer experience
  • Statistical modeling experience
  • 2+ years' experience with data visualization in Tableau or PowerBI

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
