Call Center Customer Service Representative

In the Nick of Time Moving is a small company of less than 50 employees. We specialize in delivering Gun Safes. Our Moving Coordinators (Call Center Representatives) work with customers who have purchased a gun safe. Moving Coordinators will get all the information on the safe and the customer's information for the delivery. Moving Coordinators will also help the customer determine if the safe will fit where the customer is looking to have the safe placed in the home.

We are looking for a Moving Coordinator that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Vehicular routing and job timing
• Assists in reach for job completion
• Quoting Gun Safe Deliveries
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Skills

• High school degree
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Previous experience in a customer support role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
