Call Center Customer Care & Sales Representatives will handle calls for T-Mobile assisting customers and performing account reviews to upgrade existing products, add new lines of service and offer additional features and accessories. If you are passionate about taking care of people and have a working knowledge of tech products, we can't wait to work with you! Top performers regularly earn $1,200 - $1,500 per WEEK in commissions, in addition to salary.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent required to apply.
• Respond to requests and calls from customers related to client specific programs and products.
• MUST currently live in the Tampa Bay area to be considered. This is a work ON SITE opportunity.
• Provide outbound support and sales via warm phone call.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.
• Capitalize on all upsell opportunities.
