Business Operations Specialists X 2 (Bizops - Growth & Bizops - Finance)

About the role:

We're building the growth engine for an iconic new health brand - think Nike and Apple level brand power that meets the health and wellness space. We're looking for 2 Business Operations (BizOps) Specialists to accelerate our growth and operational rigor. The right fit will be a do'er first and want to be part of a fastly growing ecommerce, health and wellness brand.

Role #1 is a general BizOps position across the business - from Finance to Legal and HR, your typical BizOps role that loves to solve high impact problems. You should be skilled at identifying gaps and coming up with creative solutions to solve issues at hand.

Role #2 is a Growth based BizOps role - focusing on working within the Marketing function at first to grow revenue, but also someone who likes to solve problems at scale across the business.

You will:

• Strategy: Identify, triage, and drive the strategic thinking on key revenue questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company using your business acumen.
• Lead development of models and analyses to generate actionable business insights and recommendations to inform strategy for cross functional team
• Since we’re still in scrappy startup mode, there’s a lot of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basis. We knock out today’s problems while balancing our need to build for the long-term
• Impact: Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects, turning your strategic recommendations into reality.
• Analysis: Conduct quantitative research and analysis requiring complex data retrieval that results in compelling recommendations for our leadership team.
• Planning / reporting: help develop and track critical operating metrics associated with each major project for the Executive team and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

About you:

• Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
• Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibilities and own projects from day 1
• 2+ years of relevant work experience including from a private equity firm, investment banking, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferred
• Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)
• You’re passionate about health and wellness
