Chief Strategist Planner/Architect

The Futurists Society is looking for a Chief Strategist Architect for an architectural planning and 3D demo proposal to showcase to investors an eco-friendly and business city.
The city will be implemented in a desert with the capability to support extreme temperatures high and low. Our intent is to build a business eco-friendly city capital of the eSports entertainment and biotech industry.

Responsibilities
In the role of Chief Strategist Planner/Architect, we'll count on you to:
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications
- Provide planning, design,, and coordination support on projects
- Perform assignments with specific objectives, requiring investigation of a limited set of variables
- Engage in problem-solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features,, and possible solutions
- Perform architectural assignments with direction, but without immediate supervision and with limited design responsibility
- Recommend and select procedures
- Prepare drawings and specification documents
- Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
- Take responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects as needed
- Perform other duties as needed

Require Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
5+ years relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
- Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Architect
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience in the areas of healthcare, educational, civic, science and research facilities
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design,
- Passive House, LEED, etc.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3-D Studio Max
- Rhino and Grasshopper experience
