About the role
The Business Services Representative (BSR) will have multiple responsibilities both internally and externally. The BSR will be responsible for engaging healthcare provider accounts remotely via phone, virtual calls and emails. This engagement is intended to promote our new portfolio of products. The focus will be to provide outreach, opening new accounts and maximizing the product’s selling potential sales objectives. The BSR achieves this by developing relationships with HCPs and by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved applications to ensure appropriate patient use. The BSR utilizes approved tools for product promotion and maintains a competent level of product and customer account knowledge. The BSR is expected to collaborate and support the professional sales team, management, and senior management.
The BSR will also manage customer support calls, in-bound calls & professional mailbox, function as a liaison with field managing distribution warehouse levels, returns, and actively archive reseller agreements.
You must live in the territory specified in the job listing title. This position reports directly to the Senior National Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Other projects as assigned
- Promote product(s) via phone (outbound and/or inbound calls) by engaging HCP targets leading to in-depth product discussions to attain individual and company goals for sales
- Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required to meet and exceed sales targets
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations, and B.A.I. policies, code of donduct, all privacy and data guidelines
- Verify and complete required data entry into B.A.I. CRM system, such as details of the target’s responses, call activity, product orders, and any follow-through actions
- Partner and collaborate with field sales Account Managers and National Sales Director to plan territory coverage and implementation when required
- Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging, and effectively use approved resources
- Actively prospect daily by cold calling accounts utilizing web search applications
- Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Represent as needed BAI Biosciences as needed at national and/or local conventions when applicable
- Participate in meetings daily via teleconference and live (if required)
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to easily seek out, connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Strong knowledge of analytics, budgeting, and key revenue drivers
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms
- A minimum of 2+ years of previous sales experience or relevant professional experience with a proven record of success
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed
- Ability to launch products in a fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment
- Advanced analytical, consulting, and business planning skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building

- Aesthetics experience
- Inside Sales or Internal Business Services/Contact experience
- Account and territory management experience
