Job Description

Role: Business Development CRM Specialist

W2 Contract: 3 Months

100% Remote


Overview


Our client is looking for a Business Development Specialist that has a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems, specifically HubSpot to help manage their current system. This resource will work closely with the Manager of the Marketing department and discuss how the CRM is flowing within the business, identify what is working and what is not working and strategize how to improve the shortcomings. The resource will be looked to for recommendations on automation processes as well as bringing validating leads to the next level. The Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with the Manager creating new marketing campaigns, lead scoring and over all data management of the system. This resource will need to have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (both Sales and Marketing).


Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technology, such as sales engagement platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing a CRM system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics (HubSpot highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and insights
  • Experience managing a contract management system, such as Docusign, Adobe Sign, or PandaDoc
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (additional years in experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related field


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Electrical infrastructure (Power Generation, Transmission/Distribution, Vegetation management, Utility Pole Inspections, etc.).
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Experience in contract review, analysis, management, and/or administration.
  • HubSpot CRM experience.
