HubSpot customer onboarding experience ( 2 years + )

Project Management Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Project Management Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

HubSpot Expertise Utilize your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to develop and implement effective marketing automation strategies, workflows, and campaigns.

Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HubSpot Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.

HubSpot Certification Hold a HubSpot Certification or demonstrate equivalent expertise in HubSpot functionalities, including marketing automation, CRM, and sales enablement.

B2B Marketing Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, with hands-on experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but is not required.

Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.

Clear copywriting and editing skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.

Input ALL HubSpot related clients tasks into our project management software ( ClickUp )

Follow through with Project Manager on all HubSpot related tasks until completion

Must have at least 1 year or more of experience working inside of HubSpot

Attend all client meetings with sales team

Create HubSpot Implementation & Website Design strategies for clients with the assistance of the sales team

Conduct weekly meetings with all clients & provide updates on project status, roadblocks & solutions

Demonstrates great time management; knows how to prioritize and organize time to be productive without being overwhelmed

GROWTH HACKER Reports to management on a daily basis. 

Excellent research skills that produce and positively moves the needle.

Able to successfully manage a team 

3+ years experience working with Hubspot leading inbound marketing efforts through marketing automation/mobile engagement technology.

BA/BS in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience

Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub

all of which require HubSpot experience.

Success expanding MQLs and SQLs

Salaries for these types of roles are currently ranging from $100,000 - $150,000.

3+ years of experience with brand marketing, content marketing, campaign management or similar

HubSpot Partner Agency strongly preferred (Marketing Agency offering similar services is a must-have)

Creating and implementing specialized marketing campaign strategies

Provide expertise to cross-functional groups within the company and clients

Hands on use of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot

HubSpot Certs and Expertise (must have)

Marketing Agency experience (HubSpot Partner preferred)

Experience in 3+ core brand/marketing specialty areas: copywriting, positioning, content strategy, SEO, email automation, CRO, lead scoring, PPC, inbound marketing

Supervise implementation/production of emails, premium content, landing pages, etc.

Deliver analytical reports relating to client KPIs

Utilize HubSpot Marketing Automation Platforms (and other tools) catering to client needs

Oversight and review of campaign assets

Strong client management skills with an assertive yet empathic presence. (i.e., you’re nice)

Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines.

Work with cross-functional teams and ensure all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule.

2+ years of HubSpot experience. Agency experience is a plus.

In-depth HubSpot experience and the ability to train others on HubSpot’s many features and all Hubs.

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related field

Experience managing a contract management system, such as Docusign, Adobe Sign, or PandaDoc

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in contract review, analysis, management, and/or administration.

Familiarity with Electrical infrastructure (Power Generation, Transmission/Distribution, Vegetation management, Utility Pole Inspections, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (additional years in experience in lieu of a degree)

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

10+ years of executive administrative/project management work experience supporting high level leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Creates data management plans and manages data.

Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events.

Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, and acts as an information resource to the business group.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree and live no more than 5 time zones distant from New York City.
