Business Consultant - Securities ( Client Onboarding )

Our client is looking for Business/Domain Consultant - Securities Industry (Client Onboarding)

Location – New York / New Jersey / Chicago

Responsibilities:

• Work with the testing team to help define test planning, test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Understand gaps in the current client onboarding capabilities with the target state.
• Function as a liaison between business users and technology team.
• Understand current global client onboarding processes across both retail and institutional.
• Work on eliciting business requirements or epics / user stories for the target system.
• Redesign an efficient new client onboarding process by bringing in the best-in-class client onboarding practices.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge on client onboarding statutory requirements - KYC, AML, FATCA, etc.
• Experience in testing will be an added advantage.
• Having execution experience as a domain consultant in projects, from conceptualizing target state, eliciting business requirements to facilitating solution design.
• Industry experience in client onboarding spanning custody, wealth management, asset management and institutional brokerage lines of business.
• Working knowledge on regulatory / jurisdictional requirements in client data management (e.g. PII, data sharing).
