Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Providing new hires with Day 1 and Day 2 orientation information.
• Collecting and requesting completion of new hire documents utilizing automated ICIMS onboarding platform
• Conduct criminal background checks, employment verifications, and schedule medical clearance appointments.
• Address new hires' questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support during the onboarding period.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute an effective onboarding process for new employees.
• Management of on-boarding statuses and providing weekly updates to Recruiters.
• Responsible for all on-boarding and background checks, processing new employees from job offer to start date.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $ 60,000 - 70,000 per year
