About the Role:

We are seeking an onboarding Specialist to join our mid-town staffing firm team. We focus on staffing substitute teachers across the five boroughs. The person hired for this role will be responsible for onboarding and auditing applicant credentials. Fast-paced, dynamic, and with opportunities for growth. NYC Midtown office location.

Responsibilities Include:

• Use judgment to match and place qualified candidates to job orders, follow up regarding assignment changes, cancellations, etc.
• Use excellent attention to detail to efficiently audit submitted credentials and follow up with onboarding applications.
• Identifying, evaluating, and placing talent by exercising good decision-making skills.

Requirements:

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and answer a high volume of calls and emails.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while budgeting time and managing daily priorities.

· Bachelor's Degree

Compensation

• Salary is expected to be $50,000/year
