Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst (Healthcare & Medical) for a contract role 100% remote (EST working hours). Ideally looking for Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Enterprise Customer Experience Measurement team in their mission to create a best-in-class customer experience. This role will be responsible for supporting ongoing analytical efforts and reporting needs to support our internal business clients.
Pay Range: $35-38/HR W2
Role: Business Analyst (Healthcare & Medical)
Location: 100% Remote(EST Working Hours)
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds (Video, 30 mins each)
Type: Contract W2
Required Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience working with and synthesizing data for implications to drive change/influence the customer experience
2. 2+ years of experience interpreting statistical analysis to tell data-driven stories
3. 2+ years of programming experience using SQL or equivalent and handling large datasets
4. 2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools, i.e. Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI
5. 2+ years of experience with the MS Office Suite
6. 2+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to work independently, think critically, and manage multiple projects
Education
A bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required if a candidate has strong data experience and knowledge.
