Brand-Marketing & Advertising Admin/Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branding Admin/Consultant to oversee holistic efforts for Ranch Investor, a company focused on crowdfunding & co-ownership of western ranch real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for Western Culture. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of real estate, mainly farm and ranch. This position is a part-time role with a flexible 4-hour workday, five days a week. As a remote position providing your own office equipment, the tax status will be billable as a 1099 independent contractor.

Pay is based on experience. You'll be expected to provide your rate andportfolio of past work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Ranch Investor and its mission

• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's archetype and messaging

• Review marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content, to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand identity

• Conduct market research to identify new digital opportunities and keep up with industry trends

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Monitor a team of marketing professionals and oversee their work.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Western Culture and Agriculture industry

• Strong understanding of brand-consistency

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Own remote technology and office equipment
