Brand Strategy Senior Consultant

I am currently representing a patient first insights consultancy; they are current recruiting for Brand Strategy Senior Consultant to join their and growing team.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Contribute to proposal development e.g., case study creation, points of view and under direction, creating final project deliverables.
• Ownership of project deliverables.
• For presentation to the client.
• Identify underlying problems and potential solutions.
• Present to clients effectively and facilitate sections of a workshop.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and ability to separate a report and or data to create a strategic story.
• Train and development team members
• Work closely with the senior management team on multiple projects
• Convert the guidance provided by the senior team into proposals in preparation.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Have a strong understanding of the research process.
• Have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and the drug development process.
• Be confident in managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• An understanding of how pharmaceutical products are developed and commercialised.
• 3 plus years’ experience in pharma brand strategy consulting.

My client has over 20 years of experience in the industry, they are passionate about working with the pharma and biotech industry to help serve patients in a range of therapy areas.

Salary banding for this opportunity is between $110,000-$140,000, they work on hybrid work model with various locations across the East Coast.
