Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns



As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling brand campaigns and managing execution across a combination of online and offline tactics that span: agency recommended media buys, events, social, public relations, analyst relations, RFP development, customer advocacy, sales channels, thought-leadership podcasts, and more. The campaigns may have a variety of targets including prospects, existing customers, channel partners or employees.


You will work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product. You will lead the definition of campaign messaging in conjunction with the content strategist, and report on campaign progress at a leadership level.


The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can blend business insights with quantitative and qualitative data regarding the target persona to develop strategic recommendations.? You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams.


We are seeking Marketing Manager to lead full market mix programs for brand campaigns.


Expert in arrangement and execution: Lead the complete end-to-end process for integrated go-to-market campaigns. Establish consistent, predictable, and scalable solutions for securing target insights, message building, full market mix activation that engages the entire company – as appropriate.


A master orchestrator of alignment: As part of this role, you will focus on establishing and maintaining a smooth workflow across marketing and internal stakeholders working directly with the Campaign Project Manager. You will demonstrate organizational values as you work closely with marketing analytics and ops, digital demand generation, field marketing, public relations, customer advocacy, social media, creative services, sales, operations, HR and external agency partners.


Accountability: You’ll keep partnerships and campaigns on point and on task, adhering to deadlines and communicating clearly and often to ensure effective delivery of partnership objectives


Integrated Strategy: Develop the overarching business strategy, including business case development for the primary H1 and H2 journeys to develop, help lead appropriate messaging, content and stories for brand campaigns and identify appropriate channels. The integrated brand campaign strategy should drive brand awareness, build brand love and drive brand distinction through high-impact storytelling across the full market mix. You will be directly accountable for driving top-of-funnel lift including double-digit increases of first-time visits and lead generation (aka “demo requests”).


Tactics: Able to craft tailored programs that reach key decision makers and influencers. Manage the development of campaign tactics (both online and offline) from briefing, development, operationalizing, testing to reporting.


Advance approvals: Manage creative reviews for internal and partner approvals with senior and c-suite partners.


On time every time: Make certain that creative assets are delivered to channels on time. Work directly with campaign project manager to provide two types of campaign management reports:


Part 1: Big picture tracking: Establish and maintain content calendar for brand campaign.


Part 2: Detail tracking: Establish and maintain project management schedule that depicts each deliverable, task owner, percent complete and next steps


Enablement: Ensure programs are properly set up in various marketing tools including Pardot/Marketo, Wrike, Tableau and Highspot.


Performance driven: Establish goals, metrics and budget prior to work. Report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Lead proactive insight collection, reporting and business notification of performance and optimizations. Implement an evergreen optimization strategy to drive continuous performance to budget, goals, and metrics.


Education And Experience


  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • 10 years of integrated marketing experience in the B2B software industry, planning and driving impactful integrated campaign programs
  • Strong collaborator—5+ years driving cross-functional teamwork, planning, and executing campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables through cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record to effectively execute integrated marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Superb written communication skills in creating and optimizing content for target audiences in a variety of formats (long form written content, presentations, web/ email, etc.)
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite, experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and sales analytics.? Prior experience working with and engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales, human resources, and prospects, clients, analysts, and media.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs and demonstrated history of setting KPIs and successfully meeting business targets.
  • Ability to lead project related budgets and track and monitor campaign performance and spend.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly when market conditions and changing priorities require fast campaign execution or adjustment. Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a dynamic, growth environment.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or equivalent. MBA preferred.


This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $86,400 - $120,00/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
