Branding And Social Media Manager

ECI Management Group, a Texas Corporation formed in 1993, is in the food service and hospitality sector. Since its inception, marketing and brand management has been organic, hence this is a new position. The development of its Marketing Program has come from the operational management. ECI currently is in two areas of this private food service sector. The Private K-12 and the College sectors of food services. Within these two sectors are two primary programs for a marketing focus concerning this position:

• K-12 Culinary Clips – a nutrition educational program executed by the Unit Mangers and the operational staffs targeting the school communities. The school communities include the students, parents, and school staff.
• Caffe Noliz - Caffe Noliz is within college campuses and offers simple breakfast and lunch foods, Starbucks Service (Proudly Serve), and a new signature Cannoli Bar.

ECI is looking for a Marketing and Branding Manager (M&B) to join our team in our Ft. Worth office. The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality that is passionate about creating and distributing a positive branding message for our programs. They will work with multiple areas of marketing, like research, content, social media, and design. Experience within the food and hospitality industry in marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build a Brand:

• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with operational managers and develop branded packaging and labeling in a standardized fashion across ECI Units.
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Learn to understand what can attract our customers and how we can improve customer experience.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Collect and Compile Customer Feedback

Create Brand Awareness

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Work with Clients Marketing Department for email and cross marketing.
• Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions
• Creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.
• Offer suggestions and design for improved Web Site Presence.
• Social Media – Provide the voice for a company across all social channels.
• Develop printed and electronic marketing materials for distribution to customers.
• Shape the company’s image by uncovering patron and client insights and deliver through innovative Marketing Campaigns.
• Work with Unit Admins for implementation assistance.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Requirements :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Social Media - Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• 3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or a related field preferred
• Experience and Knowledge of electronic messaging including social media platforms
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate implementation strategies.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
• Degree in marketing or a related field
