Job Summary
United Scope is seeking a talented new team member to develop creative assets that maintain brand consistency and increase digital engagement. This role will also run our Shopify-based e-commerce sites. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to drive sales growth via our global e-commerce sites. Our brands include AmScope™, Omax™, IQCrew®, Q-Scope®, and Euromex®. We are looking for someone who likes to solve problems, and even when you don’t know something, you will jump right in and figure out what needs to be done. Job Responsibilities
· Work closely with Marketing and Web Developer to develop and execute growth strategies
· Develop daily creative assets, primarily for digital use and application
· Create and design internal/external company web pages, promotions, web banners, landing pages, and UI design
· Maintain brand consistency on websites, emails, social media, and Amazon
· Design, produce, and execute all email campaigns, including building customer-focused emails, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling. Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails
· Deep understanding of social media, SEO, hashtags, or ability to learn. Perform routine content updates and ad management on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, and Pinterest
· Set up, publish, and verify all products and promotional data/content on websites. Data can include product information, category/subcategory assignments, filters/attributes, promotional offers, discount codes, creative assets, etc
· Optimize site search, online navigation, search filters, product sorting rules, and overall site presentation based on analytics. Build and manage category structures and respective product assignments
· Maintain SEO data for products in the CMS (product page titles, meta-descriptions, and alt-image texts)
· Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Design / Marketing / Communication or Business
· 5+ years of Design experience
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier, Acrobat, After Effect, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing an email marketing program and hands-on experience using ESPs and automation tools, such as Listrak
· Minimum 2-4 years of Ecommerce experience (Shopify) and Google Analytics
· Minimum 1 year of experience working on Google Paid Search / Digital Marketing / Criteo Ads
· Expert in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop
· Flexible working and willing to work long, irregular hours when needed
· Strong data analysis and attention to detail
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work within a team environment with excellent verbal and communication skills
· Demonstrated involvement in developing, analyzing, and implementing digital testing strategies
