We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media platforms, building digital communities, driving engagement, and creating compelling content. You will be responsible for managing all social media activities, fostering community engagement, and aligning social media initiatives with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide reports on metrics.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for our social media accounts.
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and requests in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and manage our community engagement strategy.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience with creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media and Community Manager or similar role.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express our company’s views creatively.
