Social Media Manager Jobs

This is a full-time, employee Social Media Manager
(SMM) role serving clients primarily within the hospitality industry.
The position is majority remote, but requires monthly meetings with clients at the client's restaurant.
The SMM will be the primary point of communication with the client, working closely with them to achieve their goals for social media.
The SMM will oversee photo shoots to ensure that the needed content is captured in a way that keeps up with current trends.

Specific Requirements:
Be available all weekdays from 9-5pm for client and team communication, working on assignments.
Need to be based in the Houston area in order to meet with clients.
Fluency with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Ability to create engaging, trendy Reels and TikToks.

General Skills:
High level of organization & attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter - ability to work effectively on independent projects, while not being afraid to reach out to the team for help and support.
High level of communication skills with clients.
Willingness to learn and be trained in digital tools used by our agency. (Scheduling program, communication app, video editing, etc).
Flexible to adjust work/style based on feedback from team and clients.

Preferred but NOT required:
- Food photography skills
- Bilingual skills
