Part-Time Social Media Manager

AUSTERE is a new-age creative + marketing agency serving the music, fashion, lifestyle + tech industries. Our clients range from some of the largest brands in the world to exciting new startups ready to disrupt those industries in web2 and web3.

Our agency is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team with all of our client projects. We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience in either music, fashion, tech, or lifestyle brands.

This role is centered around overseeing and developing complete social media strategy for our clients alongside the day-to-day posting. Platforms we service include TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

We're ultimately looking for someone who has a keen pulse on what's working online, is VERY in-tune with TikTok, understands and seeks out trends on the internet within these industries, and has a passion for being innovative in their content ideation and social strategy. Being a team player, collaborative with others, fast in your creative process, and comfortable with change is key to success at AUSTERE.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy development for content calendars each month

- Day-to-day operation, scheduling and posting of our client's social platforms, their content and performance.

- Identify Tiktok and Reels trends and insights, and create content ideas based on those insights.

- Be a growth hacker! Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies per platform.

- Managing planning, coordination and communications with talent, influencers and internal/external partners for influencer campaigns.

- Presenting reports and presentations to clients on Zoom calls.

- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign performances

- Staying current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices.

Required Experience:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media Management

Preferred Experience:

- Software Used: Asana, Later, Google Suite, Dropbox

- Monday-Friday office hours 9-5pm CST
