Social Media Live Technology Manager

We are a seeking a dynamic and innovative media specialist to provide live streaming solutions for Omni channel content-based campaigns. We work with state-of-the-art technology to deliver high-quality live streaming solutions for clients.
The Social Media Live Content Technology Manager will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of live content broadcasting on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media live streaming technology and be familiar with various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media live content strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and values.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute live streaming events, including technical requirements, camera placement, and sound engineering.
Manage the technical aspects of live streaming events, including troubleshooting issues, monitoring streams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Familiarize oneself with the latest live streaming technology and best practices, incorporating them into our live streaming solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to deliver seamless live streaming events.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure that social media live content is aligned with our overall marketing efforts.
Monitor and track social media live content metrics, including engagement rates, viewership, and user feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
2+ years in a relevant field such as information technology, media production, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in live streaming technology, preferably in a social media context.
Strong knowledge of social media live streaming platforms, including Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, and others.
Strong technical skills, including camera placement, sound engineering, and streaming software and equipment.
Experience with live streaming encoding and transcoding software, such as Wirecast, OBS Studio, or vMix.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick solutions in a live environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with live streaming metrics and the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
