Job Description

About the Team:
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play an instrumental role in Pandora North America’s growth and expansion plans. This position will assist in the execution of the marketing strategy for the North American cluster, while partnering with cross-functional partners to launch national marketing campaigns and promotions.
You will be responsible for contributing to Pandora’s go to market strategy across a multitude of business units including, but not limited to Moments, Timeless, and Disney/Collaborations. Partnering closely with internal cross functional departments to support and influence campaign development with local insights & best practices/learnings.
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will compile and analyse customer insights, market trends and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities to further solidify Pandora’s leading position in the market. You will be responsible for assisting in creation of marketing activations, toolkits and recommendations while working closely with our Trade Marketing team to create high-level support for our retailers on national marketing plans, coop spend, local media strategies, and in-store executions.
You will assist the Brand Marketing Manager in building the go to market strategy for our owned & operated stores, charged with delivering innovative and integrated marketing ideas to attract a new consumer to the brand, while driving traffic to stores and online.
This role involves close partnership with the full Marketing Team, as well as our cross functional partners including Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Ecom & Training.
Your Role as a Brand Marketing Coordinator:
  • Maintain global brand integrity while shaping and communicating the North American vision and mission into plans and go to market strategies
  • Assisting in creating assets around communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to cross functional teams while providing instructions for promotion or use
  • Demonstrate collaboration across multiple marketing disciplines including media, promotion, public relations, coop advertising, digital, in store, and creative services
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs to guide the development of future campaigns
  • Lead the cross-channel marketing strategy for Pandora’s partnership programs, including, but not limited to, Klarna, Afterpay and our Pandora Credit Card,
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Liaison with Global marketing counterparts in other countries/regions to share best practices and collaborate on campaign planning/activations.
  • Assist Brand Marketing Manager by producing communication around product distribution, consumer reactions and business performance, guiding corrective actions when trading is below forecast
  • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing
  • Develop creative guidelines and templates for local market initiatives that align with global strategy
  • Conduct research to analyse competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analysing data
  • Assist in organization of the localization/creative development of all campaign assets for North America
  • Act as steward of the Pandora brand that supports our brand promise, vision, position, and architecture while achieving our overall business goals
  • Planning and managing conferences, events and meetings by assembling requirements and working directly with partners
  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager by assisting in the evaluating of marketing strategies by assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations
What is needed to succeed:
  • 1-3 years of related professional brand marketing experience. Ideally, experience would include working for a Global company with both B&M stores and Ecommerce
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong communication skills; a team player; ability to lead through relationship management, creative thinking and innovative decision making; excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills; interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel;
  • Priority setting and time management skills a must
  • Data-driven thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree in either communications, journalism, business economics, or societal studies
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook;
  • Knowledge of database applications a plus.
  • Must be highly organized, a self-starter, who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Up to 10%
NYC Salary : $58,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience
