We are actively seeking multiple Data Entry/Call Center Representatives to join our team in Richardson, TX, working remotely. Our client, a prominent healthcare company, is eager to find the right candidates who are ready to hit the ground running. As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our client members throughout the enrollment process and when making updates to their healthcare and/or pension plans. We value your dedication and provide you with the freedom to offer the highest level of service. You will start by working with one client, but your commitment and performance will open doors to cross-training opportunities, allowing you to assist multiple clients. Your day will be filled with engaging phone conversations, webchat interactions, and email correspondence in a professional service center environment, where your hard work will be acknowledged and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong rapport with customers and respond to their needs with compassion and professionalism.
Effectively communicate via phone, email, and instant message, meeting commitments and exceeding expectations.
Customize your customer service approach to accommodate various communication styles and personalities.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
Translate complex health and welfare and pension terms into clear, understandable instructions for customers.
Navigate plan documents and online knowledgebase tools to gather relevant information and address member requests and questions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Call Center Preferred.
Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates in Spanish or French are encouraged to apply (Bilingual candidates receive a pay differential of $0.75 per hour).
Working Hours
No weekend shifts; Monday through Friday only.
Flexibility required to work an 8-hour shift between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., with some roles on the West Coast potentially requiring availability from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
