• Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment.
• Maintain employee benefit records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of benefit plan documents, such as summary plan descriptions and enrollment forms.
• Assist with the preparation of benefit plan reports and other documents as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of benefit plan audits and other compliance activities.
• Assist with the preparation of benefit plan communications and other materials.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, such as health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
• Assist with the development and implementation of employee benefit policies and procedures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of employee benefit programs.
• Participate in employee benefit-related meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
