Looking to bring on a ✨BDR MANAGER✨

Fully remote position, US based📍


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3-5 BDR's
  • Identify key buyers, research strategic accounts and generate interest through cold outreach
  • Collaborate with each prospective customer from first contact through to booking meetings
  • Drive and monitor outreach campaigns to potential clients using a data- driven sales methodology
  • Communicate and present the benefits of company solutions and how they can help potential customers


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a team of 3-5 BDR's
  • 2 Years+ of sales experience within the SaaS industry, enterprise level
  • Highly skilled and proven experience in ABM tech
  • Experience running outreach campaigns to schedule sales meetings
  • Strong written communication and team leadership skills
